We Lovers
“Our hands were made to dare.”

In a moonlit clearing deep in the woods, where the songs of crickets and cicadas fill the night air, four small-town neighbors gather to share extraordinary tales of romance, horror and fantasy. By the glow of lanterns, amidst the sweep of drop cloths and the charm of folksy odds and ends, they weave imaginative love stories that transcend time and reality. Experience a man enchanted by an angel bound to Earth, a woman braving a desert of monsters for her ghostly beloved, a final girl from an '80s slasher making the ultimate sacrifice, and childhood sweethearts racing against a falling sky. WE LOVERS takes audiences on a spellbinding journey, blending slice-of-life storytelling with homespun magic to celebrate the enduring power of love.

PRESS:
"The play is more like a piece of music to be felt than a dissertation to be understood, thanks to the writer’s evocative style...The playwright’s fanciful accounts feel both archetypal and deeply personal – like myth grounded in reality. "
- Hollywood Gothique
“Looking back on the just-completed 2024 Fringe Festival, I’d have to cite 'We Lovers' as the most beautifully written of the works I saw over the two weeks of productions.”
